I wish I could go up to 15 stars for Dyer Marine. A long time ago, I was in a meeting with Jack Welch of GE. One other person in the class asked "What's the best way to advance in my career?" Jack responded with "Take the toughest assignments." This story rings true for the folks in the service department at Dyer Marine. Dyer Marine recently completed a complete ballast tank replacement on my Mastercraft - and it wasn't a small job. They said it wasn't a very complicated job, but that it required the boat to be split in half... read more
Dyer was at my dock working on another boat. I was trying to repair a failed trim pump. I went over to check on the other boat being serviced, the technician asked what I was working on, I explained my issue. He took the time to walk over, showed me what was likely wrong, how to check it and how to fix it. 15 mins later, trim pump was working and we're on the water. Saved my day. I'll be using Dyer for all my 'in the water' service going forward.

Awesome customer experience! Trey is an excellent communicator and explained every step clearly while answering my questions. We were pleased with the quick turnaround. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Tim and Gary, who retrieved and returned our boat (dock to shop roundtrip). They treated our boat with care as if it were their own. I highly recommend Dyer Marine's service.
