I lived at Heatherwood Apartments in Madison, TN for three years. This was my first apartment, and I tried to extend grace where appropriate, especially during the transition in management. Unfortunately, conditions declined significantly after the property was taken over by Dyer Management. The property is poorly maintained. I don't even want to leave a review, trying to find a place to stay because of my own actions. my current living situation isn't the best right now, and nothing is getting fixed at my apt on account on how many times i've put in maintenance request, on top on my neighbors threaten to kill me for standing up for myself as a single lady, I thought Pike Place would be the right move for me . They were very fast calling me and so very friendly. Fast at telling me someone would be out.
Great company to rent through. I really enjoyed being a tenant at one of the properties.
