I lived at the Heatherwood Apartments for two years. The previous management was fantastic, and I generally didn't need much throughout the stay. I had an incident after Dyer took over, where my A/C went out and I waited three days for a contractor to be sent out. As they "negotiated" the pricing and services they would provide to fix the A/C, I went 3 weeks with my unit at an unsafe 94° F at night. Respectful family man. Got our heat back up and running. Was very kind and considerate of the kiddos.
I lived at Heatherwood Apartments in Madison, TN for three years. This was my first apartment, and I tried to extend grace where appropriate, especially during the transition in management. Unfortunately, conditions declined significantly after the property was taken over by Dyer Management. The property is poorly maintained. I don't even want to leave a review, trying to find a place to stay because of my own actions. my current living situation isn't the best right now, and nothing is getting fixed at my apt on account on how many times i've put in maintenance request, on top on my neighbors threaten to kill me for standing up for myself as a single lady, I thought Pike Place would be the right move for me .
