We arrived at the View Point condominiums in Pigeon Forge around 8pm on a sat night, (jan 18th) When we got there we saw it had several steps, my mom is just recovering from a broken knee cap so my daughter walked around to see if there was another entrance way. It was just a girls trip so I was afraid to attempt getting mom up the stairs. After trying to contact the management several times to see if we could be moved to a bottom floor we decided the only option was to try to get mom up the stairs. Loved living here! They responded quickly and were very helpful with maintenance
I stayed at The Viewpoint Condominiums with my family and it was so beautiful! The view was stunning, it was right off the main Pigeon Forge strip, and Dyer Management was a very responsive and helpful host! We will definitely be back!
