They were very fast calling me and so very friendly. Fast at telling me someone would be out.
Great company to rent through. I really enjoyed being a tenant at one of the properties.
We booked an apartment in Lee Apartments with Dyer Management through Airbnb. It was not a great experience, to put it simply. A few hours into our stay, we discovered bedbugs on the mattress, so we did not end up staying there and had to pay for another hotel room. We contacted Dyer Management the next day to explain what happened and inquire about their reimbursement policy. They told us to send an email containing photo evidence of the bedbugs and they'd take it from there. We sent the email promptly and waited to hear ba... read more
It's the worst leasing company. 1619 hanover st, Murfreesboro Tennessee. A month after I moved in the AC went out during a heatwave and they gave me the option of moving out rather than fixing it. It took them a week. I could write a novel about these slum lords. Get it together! Take responsibility for your business! This is so sad.
