It was my car’s second service, and John from Brooklyn helped me. He was incredibly kind, attentive to all my questions, and made the whole experience easy. He also let me know about a recall and offered to arrange an Uber since the service could take up to three hours. That was super helpful—really appreciate him for saving me so much time 🫶
Shout out To Monica for getting me right today. I came in for an oil change, she told me that the time will be long but got me out quick. Next time I come back for service I’ll come back to see Monica.
