Customer service was excellent. I was not left to just sit in a lobby wondering about the progress of my vehicle, they provided snacks and very reasonable updates through the whole process. Excellent experience.
Amazing service!
I called to make an appointment to have my oil changed. Spoke to a lady and she scheduled me. When I asked the cost of the oil change she said it's $79.99 and that includes tire rotation. I said okay great! Took my car in, was greeted by Tyler in service. Told him I had an appointment and what I was there for and amount I was told. He said the tire rotation is an additional 19.99, I was a bit annoyed but okay whatever I told him go ahead.
