So much to write about. Got a cold call telling me that they had a conversation with me about a new car, I'm not sure who they talked to it wasn't me. Then because I did say I would look then I show up and they switch cars on me from what I was talking about. Then they tell me the manager was coming to talk to me in two minutes, I waited two minutes and walked out they tried to chase me while I was backing out of my parking space.
So a part was recalled on my 2017 Kia. The dealership did NOT notify me about the recall. My friend told me about the recall. I called and made an appointment a week ago. I've been sitting here a hour. The service guy came and told me they DON'T have the part. He tried to tell me they will order the part and call me when it comes in. I told the guy I took time off my job!!!! Then he said "well let me go see what I can do." Hands down best new and pre-owned dealership you can find. My husband said that it is a respectable and considerate 5 star business. Everyone is kind, easy going, and ready to help. They made our car buying experience wonderful. Alex, Jason, Jim, and Wael are excellent to work with and will do whatever it takes for maximum satisfaction.
