Dr Dyer, is super friendly and explains in detail all work and procedures to be done during your visit. He answers all your questions in detail and makes sure you understand. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. Front desk reception area greet you with a smile as you walk in and acknowledge you personally by your name making you feel as part of the family.
Dr Dyer and his staff are always very pleasant and customer service oriented. They stand by their saying, they do make you feel like family. They are very attentive.
In all our military moves , I’ve never had a dentist more personal than Dr Dyer , that really helps you understand your teeth . . The staff is always welcoming and wait time is never late . The have a children’s area if you have little ones .
I really wanted to love this office because there are so many things they do well. I was specifically looking for an independently owned dental office, and this one checked a lot of boxes. The location is convenient, the front office staff is welcoming and professional, and Dr. Dyer is kind, attentive, and has excellent bedside manner.
