This was my first visit for tooth pain. The staff were lovely, the Dentist not so much. I left feeling very uncomfortable. The bigger issue is trying to get money back. I was given a treatment plan for my dental services, after reviewing it, I asked for changes to be made and a refund of the deposit I had paid less than an hour ago. My wishes were ignored and to date no refund has been given although they agreed to it. I had the greatest dental cleaning ever in my life today. The hygienist, whose name I failed to get, had a feather-light hand and a serene demeanor to go along with it. Dr. Chin is very good and very kind, as well. This practice may be a good choice if you have Tricare. Their price points on expensive restorative work are reasonable under Tricare coverage.

The absolute best in El Paso. The whole team will do whatever they can to insure your treatment is a success and your experience is a good one. With the exceptional care, and results, it is easy to believe you are the only patient! I would not go anywhere else.
