I came here to get a replacement birth certificate a couple of months ago (we used this location due to being in the area from out of state) because I found out that you can go to any health department in the state if you were born in TN. I was so thrilled that there was no wait and the lady that helped me was so friendly and professional. This is the only public health department I have visited that had employees that are actually willing to help the patients. The front desk girls are amazing!
They helped me so much with getting insurance and wic for me and my baby today. Beyond thankful for them and they’ve already made my pregnancy easier on me. Such sweet ladies!!!! Also fast service.. Thank you for helping me dream team. :,)
