Don’t bring your dogs here. We have brought our dogs here for years. We brought our 80 pound lab to have his eye looked at, his eye was swollen shut looked blind. We asked the vet if it was air born disease and they said no. They gave drops and cream. No antibiotics. Didn’t keep him nothing. They wanted to wait a few days to see what happens. We believed them. I usually don't have any problems with this clinic. I've been going here for years until today. I had an appointment at 130pm didn't get into a room until 145pm which is no problem but continued to wait in the room till 230pm when i finally left. my dog was never seen and all the staff including vets were just talking and standing around. very unprofessional I even called back to talk to someone who was in charge and ended up talking to a Tanya who was extremely rude. I will go elsewhere from now on

Dr. Degraaf was absolutely amazing!! She got down on the floor with Felony and thoroughly explained everything to me. She had so much compassion, I’ve never been to a vet like her and I will NEVER go anywhere else!!
Our dog had his first visit at the clinic this week. I had several questions and Hannah at the front desk answered them all patiently. The doctor and nurse were very friendly and extremely informative. I was quite impressed with the care we received. Looking forward to bringing our two other dogs here.
