Cannot tell you how refreshing it was to come to a salon and actually be listened to! Usually stylists just think what you actually want will be too much of a change, throw in some highlights/ignore you and send you on your way. Stephanie looked at my pictures, and spoke with me until she literally knew what I wanted more than I did! I literally don’t even know what to say to recreate it because she did it so well. She was so sweet and I am one happy customer.
Yesterday (4/20) I had my hair colored and cut by the owner Kirsty. This is the first real hair appointment I have had since a very traumatic experience at another salon back home, left me with scalp scarring from chemical burns and permanent hair loss/thinning.
