Very friendly staff. Lydia is FANTASTIC!
First of all, their new aesthetician is not handicap accessible tried to come in and get a haircut, was met with hostility.
Did not get the cut I showed her..no where near. I said 3 inches but 5 was cut off. Two inches extra makes a big difference...Won't be back.
Dye Pretty is the best salon in Shelby! Everyone is so talented and friendly! From blowouts to relaxing head spas or getting color done, I always leave loving my hair!
