I scheduled an appt online & it was confirmed by the owner. The day of appt, I arrived at the shop 10 minutes prior and no one was there. I figured they would arrive shortly but instead I got a text message at my appt time stating she was not around due to an appointment of her own. I really needed a haircut and wanted to go to someone of my ethnicity who could understand my hair type. So I rescheduled even with the major inconvenience. Wonderful experience for a first trim of my daughter's mixed curly/coily hair. She was nervous and Yolanda did a great job both with the haircut and reassuring my daughter! Cannot recommend her highly enough!
