I made an appointment with Shandelle for a full highlight/lowlight. When Shandelle and I started discussing what I wanted she suggested balayage and discussed prices. She quoted anywhere from $280-300. The prices did not bother me but she said “either way Im getting paid”. We kept discussing balayge and hightlights and she kept saying “Im not comfortable doing that” like 5 times. She even said she wasnt comfortable doing a partial foil with a haircut. Paid $250 and spent 5 hours in the salon for Eryn to not do a good job. The foil slipped and there was a complete missed spot at the front of my head. When confronting her and asking politely for a refund she wouldn’t give me a refund but said she “might be able to fix it by putting some blonde color on the root.” Overall not a good experience and I had to go to someone else to get my hair fixed.

I have super thick coarse curly hair that can be very difficult and time consuming to do, however Shandelle and McKenna both took the time to do my hair. Great prices, colors, cuts and so many to offer here.

Thank you Erynn for a great haircut and for sincerely listening to me about what I wanted. I’ve been to several other stylists in town over the last year or so and have asked for bangs using the same reference photo and description. Each time they gave me face framing layers instead of what I asked for! Erynn took the time to ask me questions and work through what exactly I was envisioning. I love the result! Thank you so much.
