We recently purchased a hot tub from Northern Hot tub / Dyc properties. Before we spent that kind of money we did our research and looked at many different places. However, this place seemed different. Very welcoming, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Some other places barely acknowledged us when we went in. Took allmost 10 mins to even hear hello, i did not want that. I am all about the customer experience especially before i give up my hard earned money. I have read the reviews and they are accurate. DYC did an excellent job of landscaping and installing a new driveway as well as a sprinkler system. The latter are finicky things and DYC has always been responsive when we needed an adjustment. These guys are excellent

I just now, like 2 minutes ago, watched them do a job across the street from my place. They hopped out of the truck and literally ran for 30 seconds. Missed a bunch of spots, loaded the truck, high-fived each other and left. I hope they didn't get paid for that one. It was the ESSO on the corner of John and Wellington. Honestly, it didn't look any different from the time they started to the time they finished. Sad.
