Very bad management they don’t know how to run business she left my feet in the water for 10 minutes to take care off another customer. I don’t recommend 👎👎👎👎
They are the best! So accommodating and always give snacks and massages. And they do a stellar job.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Brilliant or any other nail salon in great neck. The woman that works here is rude and viscious. She rushes through the nails, spilling the powder gel everywhere, and insulting me in front of other customers. She even told me to never come back again when all I asked her was to "please slow down and not rush".
