The salon is so clean and pretty. The staff is incredibly kind- I've been getting my nails done here for a few months and the quality has always been great! One time the color I selected for a powder manicure didn't look like what I expected, but the technician was eager to fix it for me. I also definitely recommend scheduling appointments in advance.
Superb customer service. If you make an appointment they start it on time (as opposed to other nail salons I used to go to). If you don’t have they will give you an actual waiting time. The place is always clean and all the technicians are very good.
We are humiliated. My friend and I went to this salon for a manicure. Their nail polish was stringy, but one lady proceeded to say it was okay for use. We left the salon after 20-25 minutes of drying the nails to get lunch, and my friends nails were completely ruined (7 fingers) — hers looked as if they were never even done. We returned to the nail salon asking them to fix it up, but a rude lady (not sure if she was the manager) approached us with a mean look and kept saying that this was not the nail polish’s fault, rather ... read more
Very cute salon with a very pleasant and modern vibe conveniently right on Middle Neck Road. Staff is very kind and attentive, offer you beverages/coffee/tea. The ambiance inside it very relaxing and beautiful. Love that the salon is very clean and tools come right out of a sterilization pack. I got a powder manicure with tips with chrome with Sunny (booked online) and am so happy with the result.
