I found DWC and reached out to them for input on a potential case. The representative asked 3 questions and said “we cannot accept this case at this time”… which is fine. I asked what the reason was and she repeated “we cannot accept this case at this time”. This is rude and shows terrible customer service. One sentence on their logic or on why they can’t share feedback would have taken 30 seconds and would have been greatly appreciated.

I had the amazing opportunity to work with Tim Williams as a co-council attorney. He worked great with the other attorney and had the best communication and was very knowledgeable. He was very helpful in making sure I understood all the legal terms too. I always felt like I knew what was going on with my case and what I needed to do. I have been represented twice by Jeffery Carter. He and his right-hand hand assistant, Lynn are incredible! They research, negotiate, and come up with the best outcomes! My husband and I live quite a distance from their office. Lynn was persistent, and patient when seeking material from us. She was on top of everything! Jeffery is a top notch negotiator giving his clientele what they deserve. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and refer others do the same.
