I hired Air Serv of ******* (**) in March, 2024 to install a new AC compressor. The cost was $3,000 with a limited warranty of 18 months. The system does not work now and has all kinds of installation problems!! The local franchise has obviously gone out of business (rightfully so)! I have contacted the Neighborly corporate or headquarters office in ****, ** more than 5 times with no success in getting management to call me back. On 5/21/24, I inquired about services here in **************** and apparently the message is routed to *****************. The following day I returned a missed call from ***** who initially said that he had called some time ago. I told him it was only two hours ago. Anyways, I explained a vent I wanted to replace and it was clear he was not familiar that I had described several times. He asked for photos and I sent them to him. At this point I would avoid this company. I scheduled a meeting and they called me late. I immediately called them on this, and said "It feels like you don't care about my time." Their agent immediately ended the meeting saying that I "would not be a good fit." Extremely unprofessional company.

This company has horrible franchise owners who are liars and cheat customers. The franchise themselves will not call anybody back or resolve any of these issues. Extremely unprofessional. Never hire a franchise, especially if it's owned by neighborly.

Very poor service. I bought a franchise and for months, I was supposedly open, and paying royalties 325 every week for 5 months, before it came to my attention that my system was not working. They refuse to make me whole, and wont respond via email. I told them that speaking to them was affecting my mental health, but they insist on speaking. I dont understand why conversing via email is so hard. Do not buy a franchise. You will get minimal support, with little to no recourse to get money returned when mistakes are made. Now... read more

This was the saddest and most horrific experience I have ever had with a company. I would NEVER recommend Mr. Rooter **** for anything at all. The short version of my review is 1) Complete Lack of Communication from the company (never knew who was coming or when, rarely got calls about things), 2) Completely Opposite Information given by employees from the same office (which means someone either provided an answer without actually knowing a true one or someone had to be lying either of which is a problem), 3) Lack of Concern... read more
