I went to Dr Dworkin for help with uncomfortable tightness in my hamstring that was impeding my running. I had very wide range of motion to start with, and had stretched regularly. He showed me some specific stretches and exercises to do, and within a few weeks of doing them regularly, the tightness had receded.
