DWM was very quick to respond and schedule an estimate and the follow up work. All done within the week. Brandon was extremely professional and polite, told us exactly what he needed and explained everything very clearly. Very fair price and no attempt at upcharging, just an honest appraisal of what needed to be done. Will definitely use DWM for future work and recommend to others. Great work!
I wanted to give the roof a solid 6 months before I posted a review. Just to make sure everything was in the clear. To start, this is a VERY responsive and understanding company. We had issues during a string of tropical storm events with our 30+ year old roof that had begun to leak. They sent someone out the same day to get an estimate and to see if a potential patch was appropriate (it wasn't since the leak was caused by the skylight flashing). DWM exceeded my expectations throughout the process! David was thorough in explaining everything along the way. There were no surprises. I felt they appreciated my business from start to finish. The crew was outstanding. They were able to complete the entire job in one day. Staying past sunset and scouring for any remaining debris with flashlights! The roof looks great and above all I feel this was done at a very good price. I've never been so happy to spend this much money. I feel my roof is sound for many years to come!
Reached out to four different companies to replace broken skylights. DWM Roofing was only company that was honest about the repair and did not try to upsell me. Best part was they completed the job in a couple of hours and when they were done, I could not even tell they had been here. They cleaned everything up and house looks great!
DWM was great to work with. When I called them for a new roof, they were fast. They scheduled me the next day to come out to look at my roof .
