We were with DS for MANY years. Stayed loyal through ups and downs. The insurance industry is very turbulent and we get that. What is frustrating is not getting customer support when you need it most. Without naming names, because it's not professional, one particular staff member employed at DS never did right by us and was the nail in the coffin. Her attitude was so poor. She made so many mistakes, never followed up and could have cared less about our needs. One CSR who did care, left to another agency and we miss her!! Sh... read more

Have been with them for 10years now and have always looked out for the best price for my car insurance. They have called me and were able to even save me $1000 off my insurance when a new deal was available. Great people and customer service
