These people make all kinds of promises about addressing maintenance issues, and then disappear off the face of the planet. They don't return phone calls, don't fix things that are broken and/or need attention, and put you off/delay responses as long as they can. Our experience so far is a pure ZERO. Don't even know what they are getting paid for!!! As far as we can tell, they haven't contacted the home owners at all to get any sort of clearance for one single repair. I will most certainly NOT recommend them to anyone.
