My husband and I were interested in viewing some homes listed in the Knoxville Parade of Homes; as we will likely build or buy next year on waterfront property. At the Watercove community, we met the builder of the home, but unfortunately the realtor did not speak one word to us. By far the best realtor I have ever worked with! Dwight and his company were knowledgeable, professional, and more than helpful. Not to mention sincere and honest to goodness caring. I can guarantee any home purchase or sell in the future will be with Dwight with out a doubt. I cannot began to give enough praise here. 5 stars just isn't enough. Hands down the best realtor company to work with. They are professional, honest, and always on time. They pretty much make you feel like family. If you need a home or trying to sell your home this is the group you need to work with!
