So I have been a patient for over 2 years and they just kicked me out of the practice for saying my urine test came back negative for my pain medication which is IMPOSSIBLE since I take then according to the dr instructions. They wouldn't let me talk to my NP or anything just said you can't get pain medication anymore and sending me my results!! Really loved them but not now. Couldn't my urine of been switched?? No calling me in to check me again!! ?? Nothing just a big you are OUT!! DISAPPOINTED
I have been coming to Capital Pàin Institute for approximately 1 year, and The staff is still very kind and professional.They continue to provide me with exceptional care, and my back pain has diminished. They continue to take the time listen to me as well.
