Dr. Dwight J. Ashby DDS is the best pediatric dentist around! We have been taking our kids to see Dr. Ashby since my oldest daughter (now 24) was 3! He has provided excellent dental care to all 3 of our children. Our girls have now graduated from the pediatric practice, but I plan to take my son there 'til they kick him out. While there are other dentists in the practice, we choose to be loyal to Dr. Ashby as he's definitely been a favorite of all 3 of our children over the years. We had gone here for a few years with no issues... and they seem to be good at what they do. But the ONE time my son needed help with serious pain, the doctor REFUSED to stay a few minutes past her 4:30 quitting time to see him. Instead, I received a letter telling me the entire family is no longer welcome back. I was never unprofessional or abusive, even though my son really needed to be examined before the doctor went home for the day. This practice showed ZERO concern for my child.
