I was going to do 1 star, but in all fairness, it's mostly good. I had to with an extremely rude young girl, Macy(sp?)that said she was actually a supervisor. I am a senior and lap swim is $2.50. She decided on her own to put me in the system as an adult without asking, then said she can NOT refund me the $.50 because that's "their" policy. NO you extremely rude little girl, No refund is if I go in and decided to leave. NOT because you overcharged me. Not even an apology out of her mouth for overcharging me.
