So far excellent care for my 96 year old mother
My husband had stayed on the 9th floor for detox and the entire time he was there, a whole bunch of RN and doctors were rude and very unsanitary. It came to the point I had to keep calling the floor number and tell them to take better care of my husband, and when the phone call ended, they would rudely barge into his hospital room and tell him that he needs to tell him his issues, in which he did for hours. I can’t make my appt because of the broken appointment line!
Take their time in the emergency room and they are biased. I hate it at this hospital.
