Very friendly, very professional people. Wonderful staff.Dr. Bates was everything you would want in a doctor. Friendly, good listener.
Great appointment. Very pleased
Dr. Bates was very professional and I have no complaints concerning him. However I do have many complaints about the staff who are supposed to be referring me for a sleep study. Its been a week and I have heard nothing. I have left message with his assistant but she hasn't returned call. Im pretty discouraged with Atrium ENT to this point!
