There’s ways of doing things the same way as before, and there’s ways of doing the right thing out of principles. If you rent an apartment or buy a $40,000 vehicle, would you except it if it wasn’t clean. Of course not. At this real estate company they are selling me a 100s of thousands of dollars home and gave it to me uncleaned and when I asked them to clean it, their responds was that the seller does not have to do this, because this is the way it’s done in the past.
