If I could give a negative I would have. We ordered Shaw LVP flooring from this company and received damaged flooring. Upon delivery I spoke to their drivers and I told him our installer was not ready to go yet so I would not be transporting the flooring into the house until I had to acclimate for installation. I specifically asked if there was any damage done and he said they would make good. Well we had several boxes that were damaged. I ordered 24 pack high quality hardwood Bruce Dundee Plank CB1210 and received 12 pack CB1210. After one month waiting, I received another 12 packs but they are not Bruce Dundee Plank CB1210. Instead they sent me Timberland CB1210TW natural. I didn't find at beginning. When I opened the CB1210TW after winter, I was surprised. CB1210TW has very, very poor quality. Fraudulent business practices! DWF lied about shipping damaged products to us! We received damaged flooring in OUR $4000+ shipment of new LVT flooring. I signed the 'Bill of Lading' with my signature & the statement that some of the shipment 'arrived damaged' when being delivered to our home, as instructed by Jose Fraire, Sales Team Leader @ DWF.
