Jude and her team were amazing our entire stay here, from email correspondences before booking and until checkout. The lodge is well maintained with comfortable beds and heated blankets (though we never used that function it sure adds to the experience especially during those colder nights). The lodges all face a beautiful downhill slope into the gorgeous lake with free amenities such as kayaks, boats & even a BBQ pit. Dwellingup forest lodge was a perfect quiet retreat, clean and well looked after. There’s plenty of wildlife and it’s a lovely place to sit back and relax. Each chalet has its own parking area, and we didn’t hear a peep out of any of the other guests. There was however no phone reception in the area, so be prepared for that.

My husband and I stayed here over the recent weekend to celebrate an anniversary and were both very pleased with our stay. The lodge is very remote and in a peaceful location - perfect for a break away from the city. The chalet was pristine and well maintained. Jude & Harold provided exceptional service, ensuring that we were settled in and happy with our booking before leaving us to relax. This place is perfect. It’s feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle. The grounds are stunning. The chalets are very charming. Well kept, spacious. A fully equipped kitchen so we cooked our own meals. Also a big BBQ area. I especially love the views from the balcony of the lake. Every night there were rabbits, kangaroos and kookaburras on the grassed area. The lake has a bunch of kayaks you can take out which is fun.
