Friendly, helpful and amazing staff. I have rented with Dwellings for over 2 years. The whole team works hard and quickly to resolve any issues -- I have never waited longer than a day for any maintenance request. The grounds are kept beautiful too. I would highly recommend Dwellings!

I have been living here two years and have recently signed on for another... and hopefully longer. I have been extremely pleased with the owners, management, and maintenance personal. The Hilltop Court location has been so peaceful, well maintained, beautifully landscaped, and very pro-active regarding updates to the property. I have been renting in Btown for almost 10 years, and Dwellings is by far the best around! Reasonable pricing, speedy responses, and the staff is outstanding. They put their tenants' needs first, and that's rare. Great properties, rent here and you won't be disappointed
