This company truly went above and beyond in mitigating the effects of water damage after a pipe let go in the middle of the night. I called the next morning and their staff was at my house within 2 hours to start things drying out. Joey explained everything that was going to happen and estimated the length of time it would take. Make DMS your first choice for your mold/fugus removal!! My wife and I had the most pleasant experience with this company. They were always on time or early and were willing to give you the honest assessment. Out of all of the companies that gave me quotes, DMS assessed the validity of the quotes and we ended up saving upwards of $2K. To be clear, other Hampton Roads companies were ANGRY that their secrets were dispelled and lost our business. I HIGHLY recommend!!
I contacted Tina at DMS. She was very pleasant and we made arrangements for a technician to come out and review the issue. In our particular case it was mold remediation. Anthony arrived as scheduled and did a walk through to see what I had noticed. He was also able to point out some things which were obvious to the trained eye.
