This guy was super nice, and funny... But he did not do a thorough inspection at all. We had lived in the house a few weeks before having to use the home warranty company for a major pool part he did not catch. Then our ceiling in the bathroom caved in due to backed up ac condensation. Another warranty AND insurance claim.. Stuff keeps popping up that he did not catch. Get someone more thorough since you are paying good money for the inspection.
