I'm an escrow officer who recently closed a transaction with Lauren Sheppard. This particular transaction had a number of things that needed to be taken care of before we could properly insure title. Lauren was so efficient and worked extremely hard for her clients to get everything taken care of for a seamless closing! She was always quick to respond when I needed something from the sellers and never hesitated to take care of things for her buyers or sellers.

Ashley Slack was terrific from start to finish. Very astute and well-informed, she guided me through the rigorous processes of finding and buying a home with solid information and a long list of specialists such as an inspector, an HVAC company, a lender etc. I would definitely work with Ashley Slack again. Five stars.
A horrible experience with this sellers realtor! Nothing promised was done, the house when we walked through was in VERY BAD CONDITION, just filthy with furniture thrown out front. Could never get in touch with anyone! I do NOT recommend this agency!
