I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience has been with Dwell Property Management. The previous strata council members made the grave mistake of choosing them primarily based on cost, as Dwell submitted a bid under market value and secured the contract with us. Little did we know, this decision would haunt us for months. During the first six months, Dwell seemed somewhat reasonable, but it quickly spiraled downhill from there.
