RecommendedMy stay was great. I was there for a short time for an IT contract but I felt very comfortable. My apartment was very clean and everything new. Chris in the front office was very professional and friendly. This is the best in the area.
Terrible experience. Management not willing to work with tenants to resolve issues made by the apartment staff. Car was towed because the apartment manager Tiffany didn't make any effort to properly check for a parking pass on rear view mirror. When you say you had "multiple" staff members look for the pass and it wasn't seen that is a pain lie. Dwells apartment is the first apartment after getting married. It's secure, conveniently located in kent down town - walking distance to almost everything you would need. I highly recommend dwells.
Great location, walking distance from everything you need, and key fob access. Everything I was looking for.
Great community! Staff and maintnece are always attentive.
Staff is kind, the apartments are nice, and well lit, the facilities are usually pretty clean. Only complaint is parking. If you have more than one car per apartment, look elsewhere unless you want to be towed by Kent Station.
Hands down the best place I've ever lived at. The office staff, especially Telli, are very responsive to your needs and will resolve any issues as quickly as possible. The floor plan of the apartments are spacious and you feel safe because of having to scan everywhere you go. 95% of the tenants are professionals in which is also a great factor.
