Extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke with “Shawn” this morning regarding hiring Dwell Arizona but before I could tell him the reason for my call he hung up on me cutting me off. He also sounded like he just woke up and as if he didn’t care for his clients. If I could give a 0 star I would.
My wife and I were in the market for a second home and Shawn was recommended by our financial advisor. It had been over a decade since we had purchased our previous home, so we were a little out of touch with the home-buying process. Thankfully Shawn was there to walk us through every step of the way. Shawn Beaird helped us purchase a home for our family of four. We were looking for something very specific since we have 2 little ones and wanted to stay close to our family in central Phoenix.
