This post is long overdue. I lived happily at Dwell for 2.5 years, and it was an awesome place to live. If I ever had an issue, I knew it would be resolved talking to Michelle or Nikki. Every one of their staff members were incredible. I couldn’t recommend a better place to live.
I had to move out of my last place quickly as it had water damage from Hurricane Milton. I made an appointment with Michelle to look at apartments. Within 7 days I had moved into Dwell. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I could not be happier here. The maintenance staff are wonderful and everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. I feel very safe here.
I lived here for 2 years & absolutely loved it! Beautiful neighborhood, great maintenance team & Nicki the property manager, is awesome! Would recommend through & through.
I’ve lived in 5 places within the 6 years I’ve been in Florida. This is the first apartment complex that I resigned the lease because it is just that good of a complex to pass up. The management is phenomenal and so down to earth. It is so quiet here, the walls aren’t thin, and the pool is always kept clean.
