Just moved out after five AMAZING years at Dwell Maitland. We only moved out due to purchasing a home. We moved to Dwell from out of state with no real knowledge of the Orlando area and we consider ourselves so fortunate to have found Dwell! The location couldn't be better, right off I4 and 414, Genesis Sportsplex right across the road. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and any work orders were always tended too right away. The buildings are not as clean as they used to be. Stains on the floors, walls and elevators for days at a time (not just the weekends). Trash rooms stinking into the hallways, floor and wall stains in there too. Trash and crud in the corners everywhere, top of the elevators have trash or dead bugs, dead bugs on the floors. We are starting to see the wear and tear on the carpet and marked up apartment doors etc. You can't have ONE person to clean this entire property! It's just ridiculous.
