I have had multiple serious issues living at Mallory Ridge (a property owned by the same parent company that manages Dwell Apartment Homes: Red Tail Residential), and I would not recommend this property. I experienced a home invasion, and on a separate occasion all four wheels were stolen from my vehicle while parked on the property. The parking lots are poorly lit at night, and overall security is clearly inadequate. The property itself is poorly maintained. Great service from all staff, love it here!!!
Living here at Dwell has, so far, been a pretty good experience. Our newest manager, Nikka has been a blessing. She's on top of things to the best of her ability and the staff do their best to make this complex as great as possible within their capability. It's a great place to live as long as EVERYONE abides by the rules and respectful to the other tenants and the staff. Glad to call this place HOME :)
