Amazing work. Maintenance is always fast and great customer service.
Very close to campus and was big enough me and my roommate! The community is quiet and comfortable! The staff and neighbors were really kind and helpful! The maintenance man was absolutely amazing, he was both quick and fixed all of our problems perfectly! The apartment is also really close to an organic market! Overall an amazing place!
This place was always very clean and well kept. Any time something in the apartment broke, got clogged, or stopped working, the maintenance would be really quick about it. My roommate and I never got charged for any of the maintenance at all either. The washing machine and drying machines always worked well. The managers are all very nice and willing to help or answer any questions that my roommate and I had. It's really close from UCR too.
