Unfortunately I’ve had domestic violence occur twice in my home with me as the victim . Dwell has not only acted coldly but negligently towards the severity of the situation. I wrote many times within time frame I wanted to terminate lease with crickets as response. I go in in person and am told the manager is unavailable , or that they ‘may’ be able to approve it.
