This company is so mismanaged. Trying to get repair work on inside condo that there roof leak caused. That keep stalling as its been 5 months now.

DWD has made it ok for their President to harass a homeowner that is living within their community. The harassment has gotten so bad that I'm regretting even buying my home within this association. DWD has let a ***** name Ralph ******** be President and he has used his position to continuously monitor my comings and goings and what I do to my property. Negligent and incompetent. Sent wrong homeowner violation letter.

Our client is the Pleasant Hill Lakes Homeowners' Association. Per their contract with my company, we are to inspect their community once per month. If the Association's Board Members spot any violations in between our inspections, they have the ability to forward the violations they have observed to management for enforcement action.
