Waiting on correction of applied material
I am not one to take the time to write reviews. However, based on our awful experience with DWC, I am making an exception. We first contacted DWC to replace the siding on the front of our new home. We reached out to DWC because we had heard good things, and we were pleasantly surprised when the company came out the same day to give us a quote. My parents signed a contract with DWC on July 6, 2018. Their shingled roof was completed about 2 weeks later. However their metal roof wasn’t even started until October 2018. The workmanship was horrible. They wouldn’t return my dad’s numerous calls so I had to get involved. It was finally finished Friday at 7pm. It took 10 1/2 months! Completely in acceptable.
RecommendedDWC was the only company that showed on time for our appointment for an estimate for a new roof due to wind damage. Troy came out numerous times to meet with us and then our insurance adjuster. DWC has continued to be responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.
Best general contractor I've encountered. I'll never use any other company for my home improvement projects.
we had new siding and windows installed. Randy Wilson worked hand in hand to get the job done. Gordon and his crew did amazing job. Couldn't be happier with results. Highly recommend them for any home improvements.
