Not the review leaving type but just WOW! Paid our $100 for app fees 8 days ago now .. Never received a SINGLE communication from anyone. Not once. I called 8x yesterday, every two hours, nothing. I called 4x in a row this morning and was literally stunned when someone finally answered, the female was incredibly rude and gave me absolutely zero information. I was struggling for months to rent out my house through another property manager, but everything changed when I found Darrel. He was incredibly responsive to all my questions and handled the entire process with professionalism and ease. To my surprise, he rented out my house very quickly.
