Dwayne’s plumbing provides excellent service. Called in for toilet replacement. They offered to come out same day -had to move to next morning. They were here when they promised job completed within one hour and they charge by hour not job!! We will definitely be using Dewayne’s for all our plumbing. They replaced our hot water heater several months ago and we will ONLY BE USING Dewayne’s Plumbing ! AWESOME COMPANY!!
They came in and installed a gas line and left a huge hole in the wall of my friends house! They refused to patch the hole or recommend someone to do it.
They have always taken care of my plumbing issues and always been good on price.
Had a toilet backing up in a rental house. They came out and determined there was a clog in the drain and probably a crack in the cast iron. Charged me $245 to come take a look and said they would get me a quote on the repair. This was tuesday, called them back Thursday and asked if they had the quote to fix the pipe. We have renters in the house and they have company coming into town. The lady said, "oh yeah they're working on your quote right now". It's now Friday afternoon and I haven't heard a word from them. Great kudos to Dwayne's Plumbing...I called them first thing this morning for my guest bathroom sink leaking and the P trap (think that is what it's called) had been a total goner. They arrived quickly and not only fixed everything under that sink but also installed my new faucet set for it...Cameron/Cole totally respectful, professional and walked me through all that was done and showed me all working in good order. They also cleaned up and left all tidy and nice when finished. Dwayne's Plumbing has my star and respect.
