After my family doctor retired, I was looking for another doctor. I was assigned by Anthem Blue Cross to a man who is NOT a doctor, but is a Family Nurse Practitioner. He ordered me an over-priced blood test mistakenly billing it incorrectly, sticking me with a $400 bill for a blood test since he billed it through the hospital. He was not able to give me any explanations, diagnosis or prognosis.
I am a LVN over 20 years. Been in healthcare 30 years. initially I went to this facility with a low grade fever in the 100’s and the business doors were locked during normal business hours (I should of called a fire marshal) with countless calls to the facility they kept telling me it shouldn’t be locked waited an hour and the next call was “oh we are sorry all staff went to lunch, come back in in two hours. pure ridiculous so I never got to see any doctor that day.
