I visited Dr. Dwayne Rollins at ENT Queens for persistent sinus issues, including burning sensations and post nasal drip. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite clearly explaining that my symptoms had not improved after initial treatments, my concerns were dismissed with no real investigation or consideration of other possible causes. Terrible terrible service called to make an appointment and very unresponsive and rude for absolutely no reason. Get your act together not great for business. a great business have manners not rudeness.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. The front desk and the manager, who apparently is his wife, all have terrible attitudes. They are very dismissive of your issues and they don’t care. I DO NOT recommend this doctor at all !
