I took my toddler for her checkup since Dr. Robert's is a pediatric ophthalmology.. I HATED the way his helper treated my daughter. She was rude, she got an attitude over a TODDLER who wouldn't cooperate.. she's still a baby.. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK .
I have been seeing Dr. Roberts for years and I wouldn’t use anyone else! He is always thorough, takes good care of you, and is positive.
Made an appointment with this provider 3 months in advance with all insurance already worked out. 5 days before my son's appointment they call to cancel because out of the blue they don't take that insurance after taking all of my information and saying they do. This is the second time this has happened with this office. The receptionist is very rude on the phone and hung up on me after cancelling for her mess up.
