Their service department is amazing. Had a recall on my transmission and they were more than willing to follow up and take care of the recall, unlike another dealer. Not only that, they offered to cover my tow bill and offered a loaner car till my car was finished. I couldn’t ask for more than what they openly offered to me with out hesitation. Sydney was also a very communicative and helpful service manager.
We worked with Allison Wood to get our new car, she was great to work with and walked us through all the paper work for getting us setup with a brand new Ford Fusion. I never expected to have such a good experience when purchasing a car for the first time from a big name dealership. She was very friendly and it felt like she really wanted to get to know her customers so she could find the right fit for them with the selections on the lot.
Saleswoman was Allison; very helpful and kind, good sense of humor too. She made my first purchase from a dealership an enjoyable and stress-free experience. If you’re looking to get a new Ford, ask for her.

Insufficient amount of courtesy drivers for three dealerships, 1 driver for all three?!?! I waited an hour and taking me to my destination the driver had to stop by one of the other dealers and told them he couldn’t take them yet. Not his fault. Clearly Dwayne Lane is solely responsible for not having enough drivers?!?!
