don’t usually write reviews and I’m typically not a big fan of dealerships, but Sam and Kyle at Dwayne Lane’s Skagit Ford truly earned this 5-star rating. They were honest, helpful, and made the entire process smooth with no pressure. Kyle even came over from the Mazda side to help make the deal happen, which really shows how much they care about their customers. They definitely earned my business going forward. If you’re shopping here, I highly recommend asking for Sam or Kyle.
The check-in process for service is smooth and they have a nice waiting room area with bathrooms, wifi and complimentary coffee/tea (and dog friendly). I really appreciated the recent service where they offered to send a tech to my home to do the truck software update, rather than me needing to wait for it. That went smoothly and as scheduled.
