me and the wife bought a f150 from here, and had problems right away! notified them, they took care of the bare minimum, and refuses to make it right. truck was in their shop for over a week, and when we got the truck back (finally!) issue was not resolved, and had more issues then when we took it in. will be contacting a lawyers in regards to this, DO NOT BUY A USED vehicle from them, chances are it will have known issues, that they will not make right. very poor management and service

I made and appointment one week before a scheduled oil change. Arrived 15 minutes early. Half hour after my appointment they still hadn't started. Very slow service, no apology or anything. I will never have any service done by Skagit Ford again for anything.
I was in the service department today and I watched a service writer ( I think he was called Nate) treat everyone terribly that he made contact with....he spoke to 3 people while I was there and he was rude to everyone....how does this happen and why is he allowed to do this...poor management is all I can imagine...a real shame. I will never return and my guess is that the gentleman that was abused the most won’t either.
