I had an amazing experience. I haven't been to a salon for this type of care in close to 2 decades. I had locs for years and later cut them, only to not truly have a clue how to care for my hair. I finally chose to go to a salon and D'wana took amazing care of my hair. I got the SilkOut Treatment. It's been 2 weeks and my hair is still looking and feeling amazing. I am scheduling my follow up appointment now, and will continue to see D'wana consistently.
From the moment I been goin to D’wana, she made me feel completely at ease and really took the time to understand what type of hair care I need. She is always so warm and friendly, making the entire appointment feel like a catch-up with a friend. She has patience with my kids when I bring them to my appointments. I can’t recommend D’wana enough.
Had a less than stellar experience working with d’wana. She was very preachy and condescending as a person to talk to. She asked way too many personal questions when styling my locs. She would suddenly cancel appointments less than 24 hours out with no notice or communication -These appointments required deposits that were not refunded Styling skills are mediocre at best. Her parting skills are non-existent. There should NOT be a jungle upstairs when you leave the chair of a skilled loctician There should be clean, neat part... read more
