My 2012 Dodge Journey died on me. A female friend told me she takes her car there & her 2 kids cars. She said they are fair. I really like their service. It did take extra days but they are very busy. They do keep you aware. I appreciate good service! Alexis is very nice! Happy to recommend them!
Dwain's is fantastic. They treat your car as their own. So expect NO lies, swindling, dishonest gain, or cheating. They wouldn't ever do that. They are 100% honesty and expert work. As for the price and rates, I would call it fair market. They charge a tad less , or the same as , about everywhere ese. They aren't a cheap place, but not high-end expensive either, like "the other guys" such as Firestone or Christian Brothers or Shepherd Automotive. Cheaper than them, but still fair market.
These folks do it right, had my truck in and out in less than 24 hours. What I thought was going to be a multiple thousand dollar repair, ended up being re-diagnosed for a cost effective and simple fix. I feel like there is a ton of integrity within the team, and could not recommend them more. Thank you all!

I’ve always felt like they really cared about fixing my vehicles properly without overcharging or recommending unnecessary work.
