Took my Mini down there to have brake light replaced-was told no electric to brake. I let them do an inspection to wiring. Cost $300-was told it needed some sort of component-over $900. I order from Jackie Cooper a right brake assembly-IT WORKS-thus I was robbed of 300, not only that they would not put the interior that they tore apart back together with out charging-I did it myself-They never touched the brake light (which is in the bumper) they were messing with the rear door tail lights-OH and guess what-for some reason ... read more
Dwain’s took great care of me- We brought a vintage Firebird to them. They looked at over and we agreed on some priority repairs that were expected of a 30 year old car. The big ticket items were removing and replacing some aftermarket suspension from the previous owner and the air conditioner was barely hanging on. They were reasonable on pricing and delivered with in the expected time frame. Great communication, excellent service. 10/10!
I can't say enough good things about Dwains! I dropped my truck off at 10, no reservation, and they still got it done that day, despite the fact that every bay was full with other people waiting, at about half the price I was quoted by several of the big franchise auto repair shops. They also provided me with a courtesy ride to where I needed to go after dropping it off and picking me up when it was done. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else again.
Dwain’s was great to me. They diagnosed my truck. Unfortunately, it was bad news and had to go to a dealer because of factory warranty stuff. The time, consideration, and care that was shown to me and my vehicle was wonderful. Thank you all for treating me with such kindness and respect in a really stressful situation.
I decided to use Dwain’s as a second opinion and not only did they verify it wasn’t the problem I was lead on to believe. They diagnosed my issue without me asking. They have been the most helpful and honest shop I’ve ever used. I’ll be using them more in the future.
